Bahan:
- 1/2 ekor ayam, potong 4 bagian
- 1/2 sendok teh air jeruk nipis
- 2 lembar daun salam
- 2 cm jahe, memarkan
- 1 batang serai, ambil bagian putihnya, memarkan
- 1 sendok makan kecap manis
- 1/2 sendok teh garam
- 2 sendok teh gula merah sisir
- 150 ml air
- 2 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis
Bumbu Halus
- 5 butir bawang merah
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 3 buah cabai rawit merah
- 5 buah cabai merah keriting
- 2 butir kemiri, sangrai
- 1 sendok teh ketumbar
- 1/4 sendok teh jinten
Bahas olesan (aduk rata):
- 3 sendok makan kecap manis
- 1 sendok teh minyak goreng
- 3 buah cabai rawit merah, iris
Cara membuat
- Lumuri ayam dengan air jeruk nipis.
- Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, jahe, dan serai sampai harum
- Tambahkan ayam, Aduk sampai berubah warna. Masukan kecap manis, garam, dan gula merah. Aduk sampai ayam terbalut bumbu. Tuangkan air. Masak sampai meresap. Biarkan dingin, Masukan ke dalam freezer.
- Menjelang dihidangkan, lelehkan ayam. Bakar ayam sambil diolesi bahan olesan sampai harum.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 of a chicken, cut into 4 parts
- 1/2 of teaspoon lemon water
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cm of ginger, crush it
- 1 stalk of lemongrass, take the white part, crush it
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of brown sugar slice it
- 150 ml of water
- 2 tablespoons of oil for frying
Ground Spices
- 5 red onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 pieces of red chili sauce
- 5 red chilies curly
- 2 eggs hazelnut, roasted
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
Spread Seasoning (mix):
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cooking oil
- 3 pieces of red chili pepper, slice it
How to make
- Marinate the chicken with lime juice.
- Heat the oil. Saute ground spices, bay leaves, ginger, and lemongrass until fragrant
- Add chicken, stir it well until it changes color. Put soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Stir it again until the chicken is wrapped by the seasoning. Pour the water. Cook it until the water is absorbed. Let it cool, Put it into the freezer.
- When you want to serve it, melt the chicken. Grill the chicken while smearing it with the spread seasoning until fragrant.
